Ebony, who would have turned 21 on February 16, 2018, died in a car accident on the Sunyani-Kumasi Highway on February 8, 2018.

The last poison maker was with his friend Franky Kuri; bodyguard, Francis Atsu Vondee; and driver, Chartery Oko; after their visit to his mother, Beatrice Oppong, to Sunyani.
