A minute of silence observed for the victims of "Black Friday" in Parliament
Parliament observed a minute of silence for the victims of the fatal accident in Ampomakrom in the Kintampo-Sud district of the Bono-Est region.

Legislators who have made statements about Kintampo's recent carnage include: Ms. Felicia Adjei, Member of Parliament for Kintampo South, Dr. Kojo Appiah-Kubi for Atwima Kwanwoma MP and Joseph Kpemka, Deputy Minister of Justice and Attorney General.
The deputies, in their statements, sympathized with the victims of the bloody accident and called on the stakeholders to mobilize all their efforts to stop the killings.
They tasked the Ministries of Roads and Roads, Transport and the Interior with proposing an effective solution to the threat posed to the roads after the recent tragic accident.
