It is generally said that some love stories have been made in paradise. Indeed, despite the many obstacles they face, the lovers in this fairy tale manage to interfere in their challenges while achieving the impossible. The love story of Zabrang Shehu and Rahab Mercy is one of those stories that would certainly have been made in the same place where the angels were created.
Emmanuel Junior Zakka, a Facebook user, captivatingly told the story of this couple. He began by telling how Zabrang Shehu was his elder at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU). Shehu was an outstanding student who eventually became the best graduate student in her group.
Even in a previous institution where he attended, he was also the best. This has led to being observed by many employers of work. In fact, he received two job offers just after completing his studies. But then the tragedy appeared and he had to give up both jobs. It was all that Emmanuel Junior Zakka knew of his wonderful clbadmate.
Well, Zabrang Shehu himself filled the puzzle that Emmanuel could not. According to him, he met a woman named Mercy – beautiful, witty, his kind of woman. They started to court and went to see her parents and hers. In fact, a date had been set for their wedding in 2012.

Mercy and Shehu embarked on a trip on April 6 this year and their lives changed. In what can only be considered divine intervention, Mercy was forced to board another bus, leaving Shehu in a single vehicle.
In another shot of intervention, a particular man insisted to sit in exactly the same place, Shehu was sitting. After hanging around for a moment, angry, he let this strange individual take his place. Well, an accident occurred that terribly affected the strange man to the point of death. By implication, the strange man died in Shehu's place.
Shehu, however, has not been spared. He suffered several major injuries on his internal organs. By some luck and intervention, he was treated and his body was patched little by little. But it took seven full years. In the middle of this macabre experience, Mercy, his fiancée, accompanied him throughout his life.

Seven years later, they are ready to get married in the same church where they should have been married if given the chance. Therefore, a historic wedding date was set – April 27, 2019. This story is best enjoyed when it came out of the horse's mouth.
