Political activist Kwame A-Plus, known in private as Kwame Obeng Asare, suggested that Eugene Arhin’s list of properties had been leaked to his wife by a former NPP MP.
According to A-Plus, said NPP MP leaked the information to Eugene Arhin’s wife, Gloria Assan, in revenge for sabotaging his (MP’s) reelection bid in the 2020 general election.
Arhin’s wife filed for divorce at the Matrimonial Division of the High Court of Accra on February 10, 2021. The documents for the suit emerged the next day.

As previously stated by YEN.com.ghMs. Arhin accused her husband of committing adultery during their marriage, desertion, physical abuse, among others.
According to her, Eugène Arhin has slept with many other women while he has extramarital affairs, some of which were mentioned in the costume.
Besides the list of her husband’s extra-marital affairs, Ms. Arhin also revealed the number of properties Arhin owns in Accra.
Reacting to the lawsuit, A-Plus revealed that Arhin, the presidential communications director and darling of President Akufo-Addo, wanted to challenge the said MP’s seat in the near future.
As part of his plans, A-Plus claimed, Arhin “worked against” said NPP deputy “to lose his seat.
“Immediately the MP lost, he called Osiadan’s wife Kwame Eugene and pointed out all his properties to her,” A-Plus added.

Eugene Arhin is from Senya Breku in Awutu Senya constituency, where the NPP lost its parliamentary seat to NDC Gizella Tetteh Agbotui.
In the meantime, photos supposed to belong to one of the 16 apartments listed by his wife appeared on social networks
The photos came after Arhin has denied many of his wife’s claims in his costume.
According to him, the allegations, in particular, regarding its supposed properties and physical abuse are not true.
But he refused to approach them, saying he didn’t want to engage in public jokes because of his children and his wife’s dignity.
