A couple in Perth was "sick" to find that their toddler had picked up the black product around 6pm Friday night at the Warnbro fast food counter in the south of the city.
The mother, who only wanted to be known as Wendy, recounted every day that she was returning to the counter to order something when her husband saw their daughter suck the condom.

"We were terrified"
"I rushed to the bathrooms, washed my mouth and hands and went out to give him a drink. We were terrified, "she said.
"I'm really angry and disgusted … I did not sleep. I felt extremely guilty for taking her there. "
Wendy said the condom seemed to be used and could have been on a chair.
The mother stated that she was disgusted with the way the restaurant had treated her family when their doctor had ordered them to come back for the condom and take her to the hospital for a screening test. .

McDonald's told 10 reporters every day that they were "very sorry" about the incident and that they took the situation seriously.
"We are conducting an investigation into how this happened," the spokesman said.
"Cleanliness and safety are our top priorities, and we make sure the shift manager does what we call a commute every 30 minutes."
In 2011, teenagers were admitted to a "condom hoax" at a McDonald's restaurant in Geraldton after their father found his two-year-old daughter chewing on an item that was allegedly used.
A group of schoolgirls from the area then introduced and admitted to having made a joke by planting the condom filled with ice cream in the cubby house.
