Aaron Ramsey could still be vital in the Europa League final that puts an end to Arsenal's career

Unai Emery revealed that he was ready to use Aaron Ramsey in his pre-match speech before the Europa League final.

Ramsey will miss what would have been his last match of an 11-year career at Arsenal because of an injury before his free transfer to Juventus this summer, and Emery thinks it will be an emotional goodbye.

Gunner boss Emery also explained how Ramsey was allowed to leave, after the club withdrew a contract offer last fall, which led the international midfielder from Wales to leave for nothing.

When asked if Ramsey could be used in the team's speech before Wednesday's meeting with Chelsea in Baku, Emery said, "It will be a good opportunity, a good idea."

Emery claimed that Ramsey was distracted while his future was uncertain and that his form had returned as soon as he knew he was leaving.
