Christmas is the season of gifts and rejoicing in the birth of Christ, just as the three wise men gave gifts to the baby Jesus.

In the spirit of Christmas, MP for North Tongu constituency in the Volta region, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa decided to imitate the act of giving as stated in the Bible.

The MP for North Tongu chose to fully express his Christmas spirit by giving to people with disabilities in his constituency to mark the day.

He distributed wheelchairs as part of a Christmas project to replace all rickety and worn out wheelchairs of all disabled people in his area.

According to him, the gift will not only help change some lives, but reiterate the very essence of Christmas.

His kind gesture, as usual, elicited a lot of reaction from his supporters.
