FUlham striker Aboubakar Kamara was arrested on suspicion of bodily injury and criminal damage after a clash on the club's training ground.

Kamara was definitively expelled from the club after his arrest, which comes after the controversial striker was sidelined in Fulham's last two games and forced to train under 23. .

The 23-year-old has also had two altercations with Aleksandar Mitrovic in recent weeks, including an alleged fight during a team yoga session.

Claudio Ranieri, Fulham's coach, said last month that he "wanted to kill" Kamara after the winger had defied the team's orders by grabbing Mitrovic's ball against Huddersfield and then missing a penalty.

Kamara is believed to have run into a Fulham staff member Monday night after arriving at the Motspur Park training ground in an attempt to resolve his future with club personalities.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: "The police were called to a training ground in New Malden shortly after 5 pm on Monday, January 21, to learn about the clash.

"The officers attended. A man, about twenty years old, was arrested on suspicion of ABH and criminal damages. He was detained in a police station in South London. The investigations continue.
