DUBAI, Aug.28 (Reuters) – The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced on Saturday that it has reduced its trading commissions by 50% and extended its trading hours by one hour from October 3.

Trading fees will be reduced to 0.025% from 0.05% from September 1, the second stock exchange commission reduced this year and the third in three years, he said in a statement.

The extension of trading hours is expected to bring ADX into line with the operating hours of many exchanges around the world, he said, as part of measures to boost market activity and deepen market liquidity.
