The boss of Chelsea insists that the Spanish giants will have to spend a lot of money if they want to win the Belgian striker.
Maurizio Sarri estimates that Eden Hazard has a value greater than £ 100 million, but said that Chelsea would respect his wishes if he wanted to leave for Real Madrid.
Belgian international Hazard was brilliant, notably with a sensational solo opening in the 2-0 win against West Ham on Monday, which allowed Chelsea to finish third in the Premier League.
The sublime individual performance came as the giants of La Liga, Madrid, were preparing a long-awaited transfer offer.
Publisher's choice
Popular reports claim that Chelsea will ask for £ 100 million to give up their valuable badet, but the club's head coach expects more for an almost irreplaceable attacker.
"It's too cheap," Sarri told Sky Sports after Monday's game at Stamford Bridge.
"We've seen all the prices in the last transfer windows, I think it's very difficult to change Hazard with another player."
However, while there was only a little more than 12 months under contract with Hazard, Sarri acknowledged that Chelsea's hand could be forced if the 28-year-old decided that it was time to leave London.
"I'm sure the club does not want to sell it," added the Italian at his post-match press conference.
"But of course we all have to respect his decision, he's in the last year of his contract [next season]. If he wants to live another experience, we will respect it.
"We will of course try to convince him [to stay]but it is not easy.
When asked if Hazard had privately expressed his desire to leave, Sarri replied, "No, no, not at the moment." He said he had to decide.
When asked what his future was, Hazard insisted that his only goal was Chelsea by the end of the season.

The 28-year-old revealed in February that he had decided where he would play football in 2019-2020, but he refused to confirm whether it was at Stamford Bridge or elsewhere.
Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane again fueled speculation last week by admitting he was a big fan of the Belgian international.
The former Lille striker scored 19 goals in all competitions and won the Silver Ball at the World Cup last year.
