The National Youth Organizer of the ruling party, the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye, aka Nana B, has appealed to Ghanaians that they give more years to the NPP government, led by Akufo-Addo, to transform the country.

According to him, in less than two years, the NPP government led by President Akufo-Addo has deployed several socio-economic interventions that have favored the development of Ghana.

Reacting to the public conference organized by the National Democratic Congress (NEC) on the Ghanaian economy last Thursday, he said he was saddened by the fact that the opposition party had held a conference on which he had nothing good to say.

Speaking as part of Okay FM's Ade Akye Abia program with Kwame Nkrumah Tikese, he stated that the NDC economic team led by Adongo was comprised of a series of jokers who were not 39, had not met expectations.

Nana B reiterated that he could not agree more with what the Vice President had said earlier in the public session: "Our worst performance in two years is far better than that of NDC for eight years ".

"If the Ghanaians give us another mandate, they will see the total transformation of our economy … what is good with the NDC is propaganda, especially with the depreciation of the cedi against the dollar, but thanks to the Minister of Finance to have worked hard to stabilize the cedi. against the dollar, "he said.

He also commended the NPP government for its work in resolving NHIS debt, school feeding and restoring nursing and teacher training allowances in less than two years.

"Adongo and Ato Forson could not even create 10 jobs in their constituency, so they have no credibility to talk about the economy … They should just shut up because they could not achieve this. that nuclear power plants achieve in less than two years. … They should prove to us exactly what they did for this country, so we can compare our performance and see who has done better for this country … if we are given this long term, we will be successful in this country ", did he declare. stress.

He stressed that the transformation anticipated by the NPP would not be possible if the party did not have a long period of governance; adding that "we are convinced that when Ghanaians give a bigger mandate to NPP, we can move the economy forward".
