Black Satellites defeated by Junior Teranga Lions of Senegal
Senegal's Teranga Lions juniors sparked Ghana's hopes of easily qualifying for the 2019 U20 World Cup 2019 in Poland with a score of 2-0.
The Black Satellites are now struggling to qualify because they need to beat or draw against Mali, a team they lost twice to the under-17 level in 2017.
Ghana started the Group B game badly with the pair of central defensive skipper Ishaku Konda Gideon Mensah, obviously at sea.
Senegal took only ten minutes to punish the Black Satellites, a centrally centered center on the right was beautifully directed to the left corner of the post by Youssouph Badji.
Ghana strengthened their game with a superb performance by Mohammed Kudus, who scored two solo runs in the 25th and 30th minutes, but his efforts missed the target very closely.

Senegal has now qualified for the World Cup in Poland and the semifinals of the CAN with a game to lose.
