The Weija High Court in Accra adjourned the case of a driver and his companion who allegedly badaulted a police officer on 15 April.
Both Francis Buabeng, 26, Albert Ansah, 33, have appeared in court today. They were charged with conspiracy to commit a crime and to have caused unlawful damage.
According to the court, the purpose of the adjournment is to allow the accused's solicitor to see the document concerning his case.
