Afghan child hands over barbed wire to soldier at Kabul airport

In a video showing a crowd gathered near the airport in Kabul, Afghanistan, a man can be seen apparently handing over his child to a soldier. Witnesses say troops are not evacuating children without their families. CNN has contacted the Pentagon for comment.
