African Champions League: The Egyptian Israeli rejected

The African Football Confederation (Caf) has expelled the Egyptian Egyptian Champions League this season.

Caf acted after the troubles of the crown at the start of the Ismaily home match with the African Club of Tunisia.

The match was canceled after protesters threw bottles of water and stones at an badistant referee and African players.

Club Africain led 2-1 and both teams and officials had to be protected when they left the field.

Caf said that the club could still face additional sanctions from his disciplinary board for the disorder.

The Ismailia stadium is among those proposed by the organizers of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.

Egypt was chosen this month as a substitute for the Nations Cup after Cameroon was denied its rights because of insufficient preparation and security problems.

All Ismaily results have been cleared, so that Club Africain does not enjoy a match win.

Former winners TP Mazembe also lost all three points in their 2-0 home win against the Egyptians.

This decision places CS Constantine in the lead with 6 points in two games, after defeating both Mazembe and Club Africain.

But in the new mini-pool, which will always see two teams progress, they have only two games left to play; Club Africain and TP Mazembe both have three games to play.
