The late Ahmed Hussein Suale died instantly after being shot by strangers.
It appeared that the police had identified the killers of the journalist Tiger Eye journalist PI Ahmed Hussien-Suale.
Sekondi MP Andrew Kofi Agyapa Mercer revealed it on Monday in Asempa FM's Ekosii Sen program.
The deceased, Ahmed Hussein-Suale, was shot dead by two badbadins as he was leaving his family's home to look after his sick child on Wednesday night.
Many have badociated his death to the role played by Assin's deputy Central Kennedy Agyapong.
After the premiere of documentary number 12, which revealed the rottenness of Ghanaian football, the MP talked about Ahmed's photos on television and on many social media platforms.
The parliamentary minority demands the arrest of Mr. Agyapong for what they described as the role in the badbadination of Ahmed Hussein-Suale.
But speaking on Ekosii Sen, Hon Agyapa Mercer called the minority's call premature.
He added that the police would not be forced to throw his gun when the perpetrators were on the run.
The member for Sekondi revealed that some of the parties in the case who declined the invitation of the police claiming to be outside the country were actually in Ghana.
"Some people told the police that they had traveled while they were in Ghana. Do you think the police are kidding? He questioned.
Hon Agyapa Mercer said the police, knowing that the interest of the international community in this case, would work diligently until the culprits were brought to justice.
"Even the people who have committed the crime have been identified and I am absolutely convinced that the police will get to the bottom of things," he said.
