The two trailers, which were launched in the early 1960s, build on Airstream's rich history, dedication to innovative design and quality craftsmanship.

"Bambi" has been a nickname for Airstream caravans for decades and was given the nickname during the caravan trip between Cape Town and Cairo, Airstream Across Africa, led by Airstream founder Wally Byam. Since then, Airstream has given the nickname "Bambi" to all clbadic single axle caravans to indicate their lightness, agile size and durable quality. From now on, the brand officially gives the name Bambi its own range of clbadic caravans. This caravan is an affordable way for novices to start their adventures and live the life of Airstream.

The first Caravel caravan was a showcase for Airstream's innovation in lightweight, compact design. The name Caravel evokes Wally's love for the sea and sailing. Today, Caravel is focused on neutral, modern and avant-garde functions. It combines the look and feel of the larger Airstreams, but wraps everything in a sleek, lightweight package. It also offers panoramic windows, matching canopies, a rear bumper, stainless steel rock guards, increased storage capacity, and more.

The Bambi and Caravel lines are some of Airstream's smallest and easiest to tow travel trailers. They are available in floor plans of 16 ', 19', 20 'and 22'. Similar to Basecamp and Nest, each new model can be towed by a wide range of crossover vehicles, trucks and SUVs, making them more accessible to novice campers and younger buyers.

Although these models are smaller than their counterparts larger than the Globetrotter, International, Flying Cloud and Clbadic model ranges, there is no tradeoff in terms of their intuitive and space-saving design. Building on decades of Airstreamers experience, the effective Bambi and Caravel plans include all the comforts and conveniences that make the road clear pleasant in an Airstream.

Bambi and Caravel are offered in one of four planes with two new decor options for each model. The interior of the Bambi is composed of bright neutrals that allow the light to bounce around the trailer, while the Caravel presents a sleek and modern palette with bright whites, warm woods and touches of bright black that harmonize with the silver aluminum bottom of the trailer.
