Bulldog sonnie CEO of BullHaus Entertainment, Bulldog

BullHaus Entertainment CEO Lawrence Asiamah Hanson, known as the Bulldog, called on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to intervene to resolve the conflict between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy, two dancehall artists.

His comment follows a fight that ensued at the 20th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards last Sunday, May 19th.

In an interview with 3FM Drive, Bulldog said it was important that the quarrel between the two be solved permanently in order to avoid any future event.

"The president must intervene in this affair to establish a lasting peace between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy."

He also said the president should grant Stonebwoy a presidential pardon in the pending case in court between him and Shatta Wale, accused of having presented a weapon in a public place without permission.

"In fact, it will be ideal for all stakeholders to visit Nana Addo and to beg her [Dankwa Akufo-Addo] for a presidential pardon for Stonebwoy.

"If the case is stretched and the laws of Ghana are allowed to take stringent measures, Stonebwoy will suffer," he said.

On the way forward for the two dancehall giants, Bulldog said that only the president could ease the situation since the two artists do not trust each other.

He said that the president is respected by both artists, therefore, they will neither avoid nor contradict him.

Prohibition of the charters of the two artists

Following the brawl between Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale over the VGMAs that stained the show, the Charterhouse organizers banned them from the indefinite rewards program.

Speaking of the ban, Bulldog expressed his disappointment at Charterhouse for not having called the two artists to dialogue before pronouncing the ban.

According to him, the two artists are young and should be forgiven for their actions.
