Akufo-Addo's Lancing College recruits Ghanaian students

Lancing College, alma mater of Her Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, President of Ghana, arrived in Ghana to attend the British Boarding School Expo.

With other leading British boarding schools, the goal of the Expo is to enable leading schools to meet parents and families and recruit Ghanaian students.

S addressing the media, the organizer of the event at the Expo; Elaine Cunningham-Walker of Everythings Education said that over the past century, the UK was the "number one" country in terms of training future leaders in Ghana and Africa.

She added, "Sometimes these students come from wealthy homes; other times, they are not. This Expo is here to provide the best education to these two groups. "

The three-day recruitment fair begins with a launch and recruitment campaign at the British Council on Friday 15th from February 2019 from 17h to 20h.

This will be followed by an exhibition of the different schools at the Marriot Hotel in the residential area of ​​the airport, on Saturday, April 16th from 11am to 6pm.th February 2019 and Sunday 17th February 2019 from 14h to 18h.

The participating schools are: Lancing College, Sixth Form Cardiff College, Millfield School, Queen Anne School, St Edwards School (Malta), King Williams College (Isle of Man), Warminster School, Culford School, Brooke House School, RMS for Girls, PHC School, St. George Ascot School, Royal Hospital, Woodbridge, Stonar School and New Hall School.
