Traditionally, it is the Minister of Finance who makes the presentation of the annual budget statement on behalf of the government, however, Ken Ofori-Atta, who is the president’s representative in the ministry has not yet been approved by the Committee. appointments to Parliament due to illnesses -health.

Ofori-Atta is currently in Minnesota, United States, on treatment for post-COVID-19 complications.
