Alex Rodriguez is usually in the spotlight. He has twice signed the biggest contract in the history of baseball, won three MVP Awards and even won a world series with the Yankees. He spent the entirety of last season calling Sunday Night Baseball on ESPN and attended numerous shows and awards galas with his girlfriend, J-Lo. No step is too big for A-Rod.
Sunday, he may have found something that can still make him nervous. During the limousine race until the Oscars, he confessed to being nervous and even likened this sensation to his first match in the Majors:

His nerves did not show when he and J-Lo walked on the red carpet and caught up with Ryan Seacrest:

Whether he was nervous or not, the result was definitely an improvement over his MLB debut of which he spoke when, on July 8, 1994, Rodriguez scored a 0 to 3 at age 18 years old with the Mariners.
However, there were still areas to improve. As at the time, he has somehow moved away from a photo shoot:

Later, he settled in and enjoyed his evening with J-Lo:
It did not take a lot of time for A-Rod to understand the Major League pitchers, so it stands to reason that he'll be getting acquainted with this rewards circuit in no time.
