The statement said: “As it stands, Alpha Lotto Limited does not have NLA approval to operate its own games.

There are processes, procedures, criteria, and requirements that an operator must meet before they can operate their own games in strict compliance with NLA rules and regulations.

He said that Alpha Lotto Limited was not entitled under the license issued to the company to operate its own independent platform without the approval of the Authority as a regulator.

The statement further stated that each operator licensed under Law 844 was mandated to integrate their platform into the monitoring and oversight platform of their ALN activities under the terms and conditions of the license issued.

He said this would allow both parties to properly report on the revenue sharing agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the license issued to Alpha Lotto Limited and all NLA licensed lottery operators under Law 844. .
