From the showrunner Bojack Cavalier Raphael Bob-Waksberg and writer Kate Purdy come Fact, a comic and animated drama about a young woman named Alma who is in a car accident and explores her "new relationship with time".
The first trailer, which you can look at above, reveals Alma drifting in space and seeming to distort the weather and the space with his mind, while his father speaks to him. The kicker? The style of animation is quite different from what Bojack fans are accustomed to, evoking a lush oil painting instead of the bright neon colors of the Netflix series. The art comes from the Dutch artist Hisko Hulsing, best known for his work on Kurt Cobain: Editing Heck and his short film Junkyard.
There is currently no release date for Fact, but it will be exclusive to Amazon Prime.
