Amber Rose is expressing her frustrations to fans after her nearly three-year-old boyfriend Alexander “AE” Edwards admitted cheating on the model after accusing him of dating at least 12 other women.
“When you’re in love with a narcissist,” she started a long Instagram post addressing her relationship issues. “Your brain tells you to run when your heart tells you to stay.
“Unanswered questions. Gas lighting. Stonewalling, deflection, projection,” she continued. “I wish it was easy for me to ‘fix’ it, but it’s not mine to do it.The pain is so deep, especially when there are children involved.
Rose, 37, and AE, 33, share a son, Slash Electric, born in October 2019. The blonde beauty shares her eldest son, Sebastian, with her ex-husband, rapper Wiz Khalifa.
“I will always love him as much, but I know I cannot cure him,” she continued. “Only he can do it. I knew I had to publicly break free or I would have stayed forever without ever receiving the love I craved and begged for. Difficult choice because it works so badly, but I choose myself.
“I didn’t want to have to do this at all, I just wanted my family MY HUSBAND,” the mother of two continued. “There are only a limited number of times I can ask a man to be transparent, honest and to love me wholeheartedly. I don’t know if I’ll get the happy ending I wanted, but maybe i will get the happy ending i deserve.
In addition to her personal post, Rose shared a meme of a man trying to get a woman to stay with him.
Edwards confessed to his flirtatious ways on Thursday after Rose publicly accused the A&R pro of infidelity.
“I know I could stop [cheating]. I could give him a good, solid six months and just really love, deprive me of my true nature for as long as I can take it but I don’t want to live like this, “he admitted, adding that he wanted to. “have your cake and eat it too.
