Abraham Tetteh, the driver of the National Ambulance Service (NAS) who was killed in a robbery while on duty, was buried.

Tetteh was buried in Tsopoli Saglemi in the Greater Accra region on Saturday March 27, 2021.

The funeral comes nearly two months after Tetteh suffered from the unfortunate while carrying a woman in labor.

The pregnant woman had been transferred from Akuse government hospital to East Koforidua regional hospital.

As previously stated by YEN.com.gh, on the way to Koforidua, they came across a highway theft around 1 a.m. on Thursday, February 4.

The thieves shot Tetteh in the head and assaulted the pregnant woman. Tetteh was rushed to Korle-Bu University Hospital after the poice arrived at the scene, but he could not survive.

Video from Tetteh’s funeral has emerged showing he was buried in a coffin made in the form of the ambulace he was driving.

The video, seen by YEN.com.gh, showed men dressed in NAS uniform carrying the casket from Tetteh’s ambulance in a procession. And it was a sad scene.

In other sad news, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II organized a burial ceremony for the late father of his wife Lady Julia Osei Tutu, Stephen Asare Amaning.

The burial ceremony took place at Ahodwo-Daban in Kumasi on Saturday March 27, 2021.

President Nana Akufo-Addo, Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and other prominent members of the government joins Otumfuo to bury his stepfather.
