A list of institutions and individuals that have directly or indirectly caused financial harm to the state should be published.

The Office of the Special Prosecutor has suggested that it will shortly publish the list of cases to be investigated.

The President of the Special Prosecutor's Office, Linda Ofori Kwarfo, revealed this information during an interview with Clbad FM, based in Accra.

According to her, the Special Prosecutor, Martin Amidu, would not be made public at any time on the progress of work on the cases.

She indicated that the office had performed a series of underground work while the office continued to review a number of cases before it.

Ms. Ofori Kwarfo said, "If you look at the Special Prosecutors Act, there is a provision that requires the office to make public to Ghanaians a list of cases that they have been working on for some time.

She added that "I think this is supposed to be published in the dailies. It's supposed to be seen for you to tell the public that I'm working on cases A, B, C, D and that these are the results I'm getting, these are questions that I've concluded and no matter. I know that the office will publish this list in a short time.

The Office of the Special Prosecutor was established under Law 2017 (Law 959) with the aim of fighting corruption.
