The air hostess, who died tragically while she was working between Honolulu and New York, was identified as a veteran of the Hawaiian Airlines, 31 year old.
Emile Griffith collapsed after suffering an apparent heart attack on flight 50 of Hawaiian airlines Thursday night.
The flight took off from Honolulu shortly before 4:15 pm Thursday and was to carry 253 pbadengers and 12 crew to JFK airport.

A panicked aircrew went on the flight's speaker to ask if there were any doctors on board to help the fallen Griffith.
Pbadenger Andrea Bartz tweeted from the plane that the crew asked if there were doctors on board the plane.

Crew members and doctors on board tried to save Griffith for several hours.
"They did the CPR almost all the time until we arrived," a pbadenger told CBS 13.
SFO spokesman Doug Yakel confirmed that Griffith had a heart attack and that his "trained medical staff" had attempted to perform CPR.
