INDEPENDENCE, MO (KCTV) – An independence teenager has been indicted in a shootout and robbery committed in March.
Sean M. Quinn, Jr., 16, faces first degree badault, first degree robbery and two criminal charges.
According to the court's minutes, on March 25, the Independence Police responded to a shooting call that allegedly took place in the 17,000 block of East Susquehanna Drive and found a victim in the area. 39, stairs of the complex of apartments. He had been shot in the chest.
