JOHANNESBURG – The African National Congress (ANC) is shocked by the viral videos that show children being abused in a crèche in Carletonville.

It is said that the teacher who was captured in a video badaulting a young child must face the most severe sentence possible.

The professor was released on bail Monday and his case was postponed until next month.

The kindergarten states that it filed a criminal complaint against the person who filmed the video and who was identified as being only a former teacher of the school.

Mojo Kadi, of the ANC, said, "We were shocked to see him on social media. They still work, but we'll talk to Social Development about the details and whether the nursery is registered or not. "

EFF from the region also went to school and condemned this abuse.

James Ncedani, a party member, said: "We will actually follow up on the case and ensure that people or perpetrators are put in jail because there is unacceptable behavior and that we do not want to see again. "

The school principal said that after learning violence, there is more than a week she reported the woman to the child protection services.

The teacher was arrested last Friday.

The nursery said the video was taken a year ago and that it was only broadcast on social media on Thursday.
