Andre Ayew will lead the Black Stars team at the camp after Asamoah Gyan's absence.
Forward Fenebache will lead the team in his last African Nations Cup qualifier against Kenya on Saturday at the Accra stadium.
Gyan, who was banned from the Ghanaian team after being injured.
National team head coach Kwesi Appiah has named a 24-man squad of five newcomers and others who are returning to the team after years.
The Black Stars are about to take revenge on Kenya after losing to East Africans in September.
A place at the top of the group is also at stake and a win for Ghana will allow them to finish top of the standings.
