ANDY Halliday called the Rangers "dynamic" after participating in the first qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League.
The Rangers defeated St Joseph's of Gibraltar (10-0) overall. The 27-year-old believes that the Gers are showing signs.
Halliday was part of the team that qualified for the group stage of last season and is planning to show his membership in the competition.
S addressing RangersTV, he said, "I think it was an extremely professional job; with all due respect, it is a turn we hope to carry out.
"We treated St Joseph with the utmost respect, as we said last week and we finally created a professional job.
"I think we had to take a lot of confidence in our European race last year. It was a campaign that we liked to show we belonged to this one, we achieved a lot of impressive performances. But we had to go do our job tonight.
"In the end, we did that and I think we've got a good momentum since we came back in pre-season.
"I think that as a group of players we look much more fit, I think we have a lot more pace and we look very dynamic. I think it's 19 goals now and zero goals since we came back, so it's very positive. "
Alfredo Morelos had his 50th The goal in the Rangers' jersey, the first of his first European hat trick and while Halliday was delighted for the Colombian, he was reinforced by the firepower of the rest of the team.
He continued, "I am proud of Buffalo. I think he's done very well. Last year he had a lot of merit, rightly so, with the number of goals scored.
"On the flip side, I think I'm starting to see a more natural striker in the team. Quite often, last year, we were a little too dependent on Alfredo for a hat trick each week.
"We attacked a lot and I think the team seems very healthy for the competition.
"I'm just happy with the win and the clean goal, I probably should have scored two. I do not know if the second was offside, but I'm not worried. "
