Shatta Wale, Dancehall's controversial musician, was reportedly forced to leave the scene at an event organized at the University of Ghana, Legon.

His action was provoked by the fact that the students protested against his performance on the stage. This was collected by YEN.com.gh in a report observed on Ghanaweb.com.

Shatta Wale was the main artist of the Legion Hall's 2019 Artist of the Week, but for the student, his performance at night did not match what they had expected.

He was supposed to do the lip sync on stage when the students expected it to happen live as agreed by both teams.

However, Shatta Wale failed to do this, which angered the students because they felt that he was not respecting them enough to respect his part of the agreement.

The angry students reportedly had quarrels with his bodyguards, while others extinguished the light, forcing Shatta Wale to leave the stage, putting an end to the show.

Leaving the scene, Shatta Wale did the wisest thing, because it was possible that the injured students, who had already managed to plunge the whole room in the dark, could hurt him.
