Apple has downloaded the Third Intifada application at the request of an Israeli minister.
In what could be the fastest deletion of iTunes history, Apple withdrew the application just a day after Israeli Minister of Public Diplomacy, Yuli-Yoel Edelstein, wrote to Steve Jobs: "She transmitted information about demonstrations, some violent, planned against Israel".
We do not know exactly when, but when we checked it about an hour ago, it was still there, recording negative "ratings".
Apple has not responded to our requests for comment nor published any press release on its website.
