Near field communications would not only allow future iPhones to be used for credit card payments via a simple shakeout of the device with Obi-Wan. nonchalance style in front of a cashier or a kiosk, but also, it is said, to allow Apple Ambitious remote computing strategy by allowing Mac users to efficiently transport their most critical Mac files and settings.
Presumably, E-Wallet would be the iOS app allowing users to access NFC data. As will be clear, E-Wallet is a registered trademark, and the trolls of the brand are already sitting on three iWallet brands of Seaerate, in the hope of getting a check from Cupertino.
