Investigative reporter Manasseh Azure is targeting Paul Addom Otchere boss after Akufo-Addo appointed him chairman of the board of Ghana Airports.

News broke yesterday that the ace journalist has been appointed by President Nana Akufo-Addo according to a letter signed by Chief of Staff Frema Opare. In the appointment letter, Chief of Staff Frema Opare requested the Minister of Transport to take the necessary steps to regularize the appointment of the new board of directors of Ghana Airports Company Limited.

After the news broke, sports presenter Saddick Adams wrote a comment that Manasseh Azure is in trouble now that his nemesis has been appointed chairman of the board of Ghana Airport Company Limited.

He said Paul Adom Otchere would do everything in his power to prevent Manasseh from traveling outside the country.

But Manasseh came up with an unexpected response saying that even the president couldn’t restrict his movement how much more Paul.

“The owner Koraa could not stop me as a house boy” Manasseh wrote under Saddick’s post.

Mr. Paul Adom Otchere will chair the other members of the board of directors including the CEO of the company Mr. Yaw Kwakwa, Mr. Teye Adjrackor, Mr. Kwabena Mantey Nyarko and Mad Philomena Sam.

The other members of the board are Mr. Francis Kofi Nunoo and the grp Cpt Gervase Wienad.

He previously served on the board of directors of the National Communications Authority.

The journalist ace has over 20 years of television and radio experience in Ghana. He also worked at the BBC to cover the 2001 UK elections for African service.
