Archetype, Villain's instantly popular online FPS, which impressed many of us at its release earlier this month, was removed from the App Store.
The recent update of the game to version 1.2.1 resulted in several bugs that were causing problems when loading on some devices, as well as a large number of disgruntled customers.
Archetype Twitter This page confirms that Villain is currently working with Apple to solve the problem and get Archetype back in the App Store. A tweet suggests that users with a backup copy of version 1.05 can continue to use it for the moment:
We are working with Apple to solve the problem. 1.05 should work if you have a backup (baduming you downloaded 1.2.1).
