Manchester City and Arsenal are both ready to participate in Idrissa Gueye's bid. If Everton sanctioned his departure this month, we will be able to reveal him.
Both clubs were alerted from the prospect of landing the 29-year-old midfielder – who asked to leave Everton after Paris Saint Germain made an offer for his signature.
PSG are unlikely to return to this stage after signing Leandro Paredes, but Gueye is aware that other clubs are looking to land him.
The Toffees told him that they would do it do not let him go this month, but despite the deadline that ends Thursday, Gueye remains open to the prospect of leaving.
