Romano claims that Arsenal’s attempts to sign Lokonga from Anderlecht are progressing and a deal for the midfielder is made after an official offer is made.
The reporter reveals that the Gunners have made an offer of € 17.5million (£ 15.1million) plus € 4.5million (£ 3.9million) in potential add-ons and that the North London party added a 5% future sale percentage to the deal.
Arsenal have reportedly already agreed on personal terms with the 21-year-old and the player is also keen to move to the Emirates in the transfer window.
