At two days from the transfer window, Arsenal still has not signed.
But all of this could be about to change.
Head coach Unai Emery admitted that the club was working on two contracts in the last days of the window, in hopes of being able to link these two players.
It seems that we will be done with Denis Suarez's future.

Ever Banega last
Banega is a player with whom Unai Emery has been linked since his debut in the UAE due to his background with the midfielder.
The 30-year-old and Emery were together in Sevilla and the Argentine central midfielder could be just what he needed, Arsenal seeking to add reinforcements in this part of the pitch.
It seemed like an agreement had become cold for him, but the bookmakers would have you believe otherwise.
We know that Arsenal will not be able to make any payments for players this month and that Banega would claim 18 million pounds – the money that the Gunners do not have – so any movement should to be loaned on departure.
The midfielder is likely to join the Gunners with Paddy Power, which places him an incredible 1/2 on the same number of players before the deadline of Thursday.
Denis Suarez last
Denis Suarez is finally getting closer to a move to Arsenal.
After weeks of negotiations with Barcelona, the Gunners finally have their man.
Arsenal can only make loan transactions this month and this has made negotiations with Barca difficult. Arsenal wanted a loan with option to buy, while Barca wanted a permanent agreement, asking for a purchase obligation at the end of the loan agreement.
It appears that an agreement has been reached, but Suarez agreed to extend his contract with the Spanish giants, which will protect his transfer value to secure his move to the UAE.
The boss of Barcelona, Ernesto Valverde, confirmed the conclusion of an agreement, although he admitted that it was not confirmed. Barca tweeted tonight that the 25-year-old had "missed training to solve his future".
Ivan Perisic last
Arsenal has been linked to a move for Yannick Carrasco.
But Carrasco could help the Gunners to sign another transfer goal in Ivan Perisic.
According to CalcioMercato, the Carrasco club, Dalian Yifang, is negotiating a contract for Borussia Monchengladbach ace Albadane Plea.
And if they reach an agreement with the leader, they will allow Carrasco to leave, but not for Arsenal, but also for Inter, which targets the Belgian to replace Perisic, sought by Arsenal.
Confused?
Perisic has submitted a transfer request to Inter and will be allowed to go on loan, in the perspective of a permanent contract, if Inter can find a replacement, Carrasco.
Idrissa Gueye last
Idrissa Gueye could hold the key to signing a midfielder by Arsenal.
Paris Saint-Germain would be interested in the man from Everton and, if he wanted to see him sign a contract this month, he would allow Christopher Nkunku to leave for Arsenal on loan.
However, Arsenal could just avoid a chain and move to Gueye themselves.
According to Sky Sports, gunners are ready to act for Gueye, rather than waiting to know if Nkunku will be allowed to settle in the UAE.
Gueye has applied for transfer to Everton and is being sued by Manchester City, as well as by PSG and Arsenal.
