Arsenal is leading the race for Aaron Wan-Bissaka but must pay at least 40 million pounds if he wants to sign the Crystal Palace defender, according to reported information.
The 21-year-old has produced excellent performances for Palace this season and has attracted interest from top clubs.
As reported by the Sun, Arsenal head coach, Unai Emery, was impressed by Wan-Bissaka.

THE WAN-BISSAKA RECORD THIS SEASON
First league: 25 appearances
Carabao Cup: Three appearances
Total: 28 appearances
Everton is also interested in the international Under-21 England, while Manchester City and Bayern Munich are also watching Wan-Bissaka.
Arsenal can already call on Hector Bellerin, but their alternatives for the Spaniard, who has had a knee injury for a long time, leave a lot to be desired.
Stephan Lichsteiner is 35 years old and struggles to cope with the pace and intensity of the Premier League. Ainsley Maitland-Niles is more apt to play in the center midfielder or as a winger and Carl Jenkinson has been used sparingly.
Wan-Bissaka burst onto the palace side in the second half of last season and made 35 appearances. The defender missed the Palace's 4-1 win over Leicester on Saturday because of an injury.
