Arsene Wenger thinks that Patrick Vieira, legendary Arsenal, will one day take the reins of the Gunners after qualifying the former and the midfielder as "elegant and authoritative".
Aged 42, Vieira spent three seasons in North London, winning three Premier League and three FA Cup titles. After retiring, he coached Manchester City, then New York and Nice in 2018.
Now, Wenger, who joined the club at the same time as Vieira in 1996 and has been a manager for 22 years, has expressed confidence in his compatriot to succeed at the Gunners after leading Nice to eighth place of the season.

"I see him as an Arsenal coach one day because he's too young to play directly in international football," Wenger told The Times.
& # 39; His life will go through club football. He built his career smartly and patiently.
"He left when he was young and he took the time to mature and learn his craft. And something you can not give; he has a natural charisma, he is both elegant and authoritative.
"He went through a difficult time in Nice but he showed no sign of weakness. It's in times of crisis that you see the coach. You look at the number of points and it's exceptional.
Wenger remains unemployed after leaving Arsenal in 2018 after 22 years as a manager
After leaving Arsenal in 2005, Vieiera enjoyed stays at Juventus and Inter before finishing his career in Manchester City in 2011.
After a stint as a young coach in his last club, the Frenchman helped New York improve his combined MLS standings every year until he returned to Ligue 1 with Nice in 2018.
Wenger remains unemployed after leaving Arsenal at the end of the 2017/2018 season, despite the badurance that he would make a quick return to the game.
The Frenchman was considered for a technical role at FIFA, but the 69-year-old recently admitted that his health had deteriorated in his last years at Emirates.
Vieiera is currently manager of Nice and allowed the club to rank eighth in Ligue 1 in its first season
