A huge fire at the home of a JLS star who had just returned from his place in a Wolverhampton court is the subject of an investigation, deemed "suspicious," according to reported information.

About 70 firefighters fought the home fire of X Factor's former star at Croydon yesterday afternoon.

Firefighter teams from Addington, Croydon, Biggin Hill, Purley and other surrounding fire stations were sent to the scene.

Dramatic images show part of the roof destroyed by the fire while firefighters use a hose to extinguish the flames.
