Edward Mead, Executive Director of Artemis Resources Ltd. (ASX: ARV), informs proactive investors of the company's purchase and sale agreement for the acquisition of 100% of Rincon Resources Ltd.
The acquisition will include rights to three very promising projects and will expand Artemis' investment in Paterson Province to 1,140 square kilometers, making it one of the largest landowners in the region.
The acquisition of Rincon will be subject to due diligence, additional acceptance of 23% of Rincon's shares and approval of Artemis shareholders for a total amount of $ 2.7 million (shares plus performance).
