Mr. Asamoah Boateng, in his statement, repeatedly stated that A Plus had posted on his Facebook page that he (Mr. Asamoah Boateng) had done himself justice to appropriate it. a property belonging to a certain young man.

This comment, said Asa B, was fake and defamatory, for which he filed a lawsuit against the musician.

He asks for the following: "General damages, including aggravated and defamatory damages, which appear in the publication on the defendant's Facebook page from April 2, 2019 to May 24, 2019.

"A perpetual injunction preventing the defendant, by himself, his servants, agents or agents, from repeating similar or defamatory words against the plaintiff.

"A statement that the words and declarations, in particular, made, pronounced and published by the defendant and contained in paragraphs 14 and 15 of this article, are defamatory.

"An order of the court ordering the defendant to publish on three consecutive occasions on the same platforms that he published the defamatory words, an unqualified retraction and an apology, with the same importance as that given to the publication of the defamatory words . "

The former Minister of Information pointed out that: "The defendant (A Plus) has stated and insinuated widely and without any basis in English that the plaintiff had done justice to himself to appropriate the land of a certain young man. "
