In the area of water sanitation, Assantehene has been instrumental in working tirelessly with Water Health Ghana, for example, to provide clean drinking water to needy communities.
Such projects have been completed in Kantinkyire, Effiduase, among others, as facilities capable of purifying more than 3,000 liters of water in one hour are installed. Drilling was built for the Asuhyiae community.
According to Nana Opoku Agyemang III, the role played by the Asantehene as president of the prominent leaders, who mediated and helped resolve the deadlock of more than a decade between Abudus and Andanis in Dagbon, could not be overestimated.
