The prosecutor in charge of the ASAP Rocky badault case in Sweden has asked for more time to review the case.

The American rapper has been in custody since his arrest on July 3 and charged with badault.

Prosecutors said ASAP – his real name Rakim Mayers – was involved in a fight in Stockholm on June 30, where he played in a festival.

A video posted online showed him hitting another man in the street.

But the rapper has also put his own videos on social media. He says that they are ahead of the fight and they show the man who follows him.

The ASAP bodyguard, who had also been arrested for alleged badault, was released earlier in July.

The Kronoberg arrest house, where ASAP Rocky is waiting for his trial

The prison where the rapper was located denied his detention in appalling conditions after claiming that Kronoberg Prison was like "going to the bathroom".

This is reported by a TMZ showbiz website, written by a US Embbady official.

A source reportedly told them that he was forced to sleep on a blanket yoga mat, to drink water that was not clean and that he had not received that an apple to eat every day during his first five days in jail.

But prison governor Fredrik Wallin told Newsbeat in a statement that the prison was "in good shape".
