ASHLEY COLE named his stellar arsenal Arsenal and Chelsea combined XI last night – and managed to do without Dennis Bergkamp.
The former 38-year-old Premier League player made some controversial choices for his team on Monday Night Football, where Liverpool slipped to a 1-1 draw at West Ham.

Cole – now in Derby's books -, hopeful in promoting the championship – naturally chose boss Frank Lampard in the center of the park.
But it was his choice of strikers that caused a sensation – with Didier Drogba preferred to the Dutch legend Bergkamp.
The former English defender of 107 selections was challenged to achieve a combined XI of the 2003-2004 Arsenal "Invincibles" and the 2009-10 Chelsea Harvest.
Although Florent Malouda and Branislav Ivanovic have formed the team, it is not Freddie Ljunberg nor Bergkamp.

Cole claimed that Drogba had been approved because the Ivorian legend had helped him "get a Champions League medal around his neck".
But his colleague Jamie Carragher was visibly – and audibly – stunned by the decision, saying, "No.
"If I had played ten minutes with Bergkamp, I would have him in."
It's fair to say that social media fans have also reacted in the same way to this choice.
A Twitter user wrote: "Ashley Cole lost it, putting Drogba before Bergkamp."

Another said, "What am I looking at, how can Cole leave Bergkamp to Drogba?"
A third added: "Malouda enters and Bergkamp not? Lost the plot."
One of them even said: "Ashley Cole was doing so well on #MNF but he just let Bergkamp out of his ultimate Chelsea / Arsenal 11. Travesty."
