The Secretary General of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), the main opposition party, the Hon. Johnson Asiedu Nketia led a three-man party delegation to the annual conference of the Socialist International in Tel Aviv, Israel.
According to the press release signed by the director of communications of NDC Kakra Essamuah, the annual conference of the Socialist International should take place from July 30 to 31, 2019.
The other members of the delegation are Mr. Peter Boamah Otokunor, Deputy Secretary General, and Mr. Karl Mark Arhin, Deputy Director of International Relations of the NDC.
Ms. Barbara Serwaa Asamoah, Deputy Secretary General of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will badume, in accordance with the Party Constitution, the duties of Secretary-General of the NDC; the delegation should therefore return on 3 August 2019.
