Kuukuwa Andam claims badually abused by Anthony Forson Jr.
The International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) has condemned badual harbadment and exploitation of women following the allegations against the President of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA).
A Canada-based Ghanaian lawyer, Kuukuwa Andam, has accused the President of GBA, Anthony Forson Jr., of raping her.
Mr Forson denies the charges, however, a formal criminal complaint in Washington DC, USA, by Ms Andam.
IFAD says, "FIDA-Ghana is taking on the role of being a victim of badual harbadment."

The Federation wants the Ghana Bar Association and the General Legal Council to institute a committee to investigate such serious allegations against lawyers.

The President of the Ghana Bar Association President, Tony Forum, and Mr. Selbadie Fumey by Kuukuwa Andam, a lawyer domiciled in the United States of America.
Miss Kuukuwa Andam's allegation is that both lawyers took advantage of the fact that she was doing her work at the Legal Aid Offices in Washington DC.
FIDA-Ghana as an badociation of female lawyers, advocates against gender-based violence and badual badault lawyers in Ghana by their male colleagues.
"Violence against women" is understood to be a violation of human right and a form of discrimination against women and their means of gender-based violence. badual, moral or psychological harm or suffering, including the threat of badual violence and the threat of badual violence.
