BTS opened up about their own experiences with fame in a new interview, noting that they are trying to be grateful for the life they are living.
The South Korean group has grown into one of the biggest groups in the world since its debut in 2013.
While speaking to Apple Music’s Zane Lowe in a new episode of the music service’s Essentials Radio series, the group reflected on the fame that has accompanied their success.
“At least we have six people next to us who understand each other,” said frontman and rapper RM, referring to his bandmates. “I’m really grateful to have these six people.”
“Honestly, right now, I feel like I’m living a life to fulfill a calling,” rapper J-Hope explained. “Also, my personal motto in life is to be grateful at all times for whatever happens and to enjoy the moment. Therefore, I try to live a life that accepts.
He continued, “I listened to ‘Lonely’ by Justin Bieber and had a lot of thoughts on how everyone thinks the same. Therefore, I believe that the things that we have to endure and achieve in our life should be recognized by ourselves. It seems to be very important to all of us. “
Bieber’s collaboration with Benny Blanco explains how worldwide fame at a young age affected the Canadian pop star.
RM added that their fame “actually gives us so much.” “We’re one of the lucky ones to have had these stadium gigs and Billboard Hot 100 Number Ones,” he said.

BTS is set to release an “ essential edition ” of their 2020 album “ BE ” later this month. The reissue will arrive on February 19 and follows the CD’s “Deluxe Edition”, released in November.
The group is nominated for the Best Performance of the Pop Duo / Group at this year’s Grammys, which will now take place in March. The seven members are in contention with their track “Dynamite”, which earned them their first number one single on the Billboard Hot 100 last September.
The nomination also means that they are the first K-pop group to be selected in the main categories of the awards ceremony. BTS had previously been nominated for Best Recording Package in 2019 for “ Love Yourself: Tear. ”
